Tk1 Terms & Conditions — What You Need to Know Before You Play

These terms and conditions form a legal agreement between the tk1 platform (website and mobile app) and the user. All services, games, betting options, bonuses, and promotional offers on tk1 are governed by these terms.

Tk1 is an online betting and gaming platform serving both Bangladesh and international markets. The platform operates under an international licence and complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

In this document, "we", "our", or "tk1" refers to the entity operating the platform. "You" or "user" refers to any registered or unregistered individual using tk1's services.

To open an account at tk1, you must provide accurate and complete information on the registration form. Registering with false details is considered a breach of terms and may result in the account being suspended at any time.

The following information is required at the time of registration:

• Full name (as it appears on your National ID or passport)
• Active mobile number (Bangladeshi number)
• Date of birth (for age verification)
• A strong password

Only one account Permitted. However, opening multiple accounts using the same mobile number, email address, device, or payment method is strictly prohibited. Different members of the same household may each open their own account, provided each account is registered with a unique identity, phone number, and payment method.

Your account password and login details must be kept strictly confidential. Sharing your account with anyone else is not permitted. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, contact tk1 support immediately.

To use tk1's services, Must be at least 18 years of age is required. Providing services to anyone under the age of 18 is against tk1's policy and is strictly prohibited.

As part of the account verification process (KYC), you may be asked to submit any one of the following documents at any time to verify your age:

• National ID Card (NID)
• Passport
• Driving License
• Birth registration certificate (if no other documents are available)

Without completed KYC, withdrawals or deposits above a certain limit may be placed on hold. This is part of tk1's security policy — it's there to protect you.

If tk1 has reason to believe that a user is under the age of 18, the account will be suspended immediately and deposited funds may be held until age verification is completed.

Deposits and withdrawals at tk1 are supported through popular mobile banking and bank transfer methods in Bangladesh. Currently supported options include: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and direct bank transfer.

Deposit terms:

• The minimum deposit is ৳100, and the maximum daily deposit limit may vary subject to applicable terms.
• Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the account holder's own name.
• Third-party payments — those made from an account registered in someone else's name — are not accepted.
• Deposits are typically credited to your balance within 30 seconds to 5 minutes.

Withdrawal terms:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• For accounts with completed KYC verification, withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes to 24 hours.
• Withdrawals directly from your bonus balance are not possible until the wagering requirements have been met.
• Requests made on bank holidays or after midnight may be processed on the next business day.

It is the user's responsibility to read the specific rules and terms applicable to each sport before placing bets on tk1. General betting rules are outlined below:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless tk1 itself provides a cash-out or cancellation option.
• The minimum single bet amount is ৳50.
• Maximum bet limits vary depending on the specific match and market.
• Odds set before a match begins will be treated as the odds for the original bet; in live betting, odds change in real time.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• For incomplete matches, results will be determined in accordance with the rules of the relevant sport.
• If tk1 has reason to believe that a bet was placed by taking advantage of match manipulation or insider information, that bet will be voided and the account will be subject to investigation.

In a parlay bet, a single incorrect selection will void the entire parlay. However, if a match within the parlay is cancelled, that selection is removed and the remaining parlay stands with recalculated odds.

Tk1 regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional deals. Each offer comes with its own specific terms, which are listed on the relevant offer page. The general bonus policy is outlined below:

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Specific wagering requirements must be met first.
• Wagering requirements mean that the bonus amount must be wagered a specified number of times. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means you must place ৳10,000 in total bets.
• Bonuses come with an expiry date — any unused bonus will be forfeited once the deadline has passed.
• You generally cannot accept a new bonus while another bonus is still active.
• Claiming bonuses more than once from the same device, IP address, or identity is strictly prohibited.
• If tk1 suspects a breach of bonus terms, it reserves the right to void the bonus and any associated winnings.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on tk1. Violations may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Creating multiple accounts for the same person (whether for bonus abuse or any other purpose)
• Opening an account using a false identity or someone else's personal information
• Placing bets using automated software, bots, or scripts
• Match fixing or betting using insider information
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial transactions
• Using the same IP address or device across multiple accounts for the purpose of bonus abuse
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to tk1's systems or software
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another user's account

Tk1's security team monitors for unusual activity around the clock. If any suspicious activity is detected, the account will be suspended immediately and an investigation will be launched. Law enforcement may be involved if necessary.

Account Closure at User's Request: Any user may request to close their account at any time. Once you contact the support team, the account closure process will be completed within 24–48 hours. We recommend withdrawing your full balance before closing your account.

Temporary Suspension (Self-Exclusion): If you wish to temporarily deactivate your account, you can set a self-exclusion period ranging from 3 days to 6 months. You will not be able to log in during this time.

Closed by tk1: tk1 reserves the right to close or suspend an account at any time for the following reasons:

• Breach of terms
• KYC verification failure
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity
• Security concerns
• Legal obligations

Bonus balances and any winnings derived from bonuses on accounts closed due to terms violations may be forfeited. However, deposited funds will be returned after investigation, unless they are found to be linked to fraudulent activity.

Tk1 provides its platform on an "as-is" basis. tk1 is not liable for the following:

• Bets lost or missed due to an internet connection failure
• Technical issues on the user's device
• Delays or failures caused by third-party payment gateways
• Account information leaked due to user negligence or carelessness
• Financial losses from betting — betting always carries risk

Tk1 always strives to maintain maximum uptime, but the service may be temporarily disrupted due to maintenance or unforeseen circumstances. tk1 is not liable for compensation in such cases, though users will be notified in advance of any scheduled maintenance.

Tk1 is committed to protecting users' personal information. Data collected at the time of registration is used solely for the purposes of providing services, verifying identity, and ensuring security.

Tk1 never sells your personal information to advertisers or unrelated third parties. However, information may be shared with authorities if required by law.

For any dispute or complaint, please contact tk1's support team first. In most cases, a resolution is provided within 72 hours.

In the event of a dispute over betting results, the data recorded in tk1's system will be considered final. Any claims of technical errors relating to odds, timing, or results will be independently investigated by tk1, whose decision will be binding.

If a matter cannot be resolved through support, it will be referred to international arbitration for settlement. Users are requested to refrain from taking legal action before the dispute resolution process has been completed.

Tk1 may update these terms and conditions, in part or in full, at any time. Any changes will be reflected on this page, and registered users will be notified via their mobile number or in-app notification.

Continued use of the platform after any changes are made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. We recommend checking this page regularly.
